1. Paid App & Subscription Requirement

ScreenEarn is a paid application and requires an active subscription to access its features.

• There is no free version of the Service
• Access is available only while your subscription is active
• If your subscription expires or is canceled, access to ScreenEarn features may be restricted or disabled

2. Eligibility & Family Use

ScreenEarn is intended for use by families. By using ScreenEarn, you confirm that:

• Any child using the Service does so under your supervision and consent

Parents are responsible for all activity on linked child accounts.

3. Description of the Service

ScreenEarn is a behavior-management tool and does not guarantee specific outcomes.

4. Account Responsibility

• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

Parents are solely responsible for all linked child accounts.

5. Subscriptions, Billing & Renewal

By purchasing ScreenEarn, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Payment is charged at the time of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date
• Pricing may change with notice
• Subscription management and cancellation must be handled through your account settings
• No refunds are provided for unused subscription periods except where required by law.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Bypass, disable, or interfere with enforcement mechanisms
• Reverse engineer, modify, or exploit the Service
• Use ScreenEarn for unlawful, abusive, or harmful purposes

Violations may result in suspension or termination without refund.
